  • Neutral oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Green Pepper, sliced: 1
  • Red Pepper, sliced: 1
  • Onion, sliced: 1
  • Chili Paneer Bites, 1 package
  • Dried oregano: ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Chilli flakes: ½ teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt, to taste

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeno
  • ½ bunch Cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 cup Nanak Yogurt
  • Salt
  • 6 – 8 7 inch corn Tortilla
  • Avocado slices
  • Jalapeno closes
  • Shredded purple cabbage
  • Cilantro and lime

PREPARATION

  1. Mix the spicy cilantro sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a blender.
  2. Air Fry Paneer Bites at 400 F for about 12 minutes. Set it aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet to medium heat. Add oil.
  4. When the oil is add add the peppers and onions and cook till it caramalized. Add in all the spices along with salt. Add in the air fried Chili paneers Bites and saute till it is all mixed in.
  5. Heat up the corn tortilla on a skillet or directly on the stove.
  6. Divide the chilli paneer bite mixture among the tortillas, top with spicy cilantro sauce, avocado, jalapeno slices, purple cabbage and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
